Located in the heart of Hobart, this proposal for a mixed-use development carefully balances commercial, office, and residential spaces within a tight urban site, all while responding sensitively to its heritage context.

At street level, an open and inviting ground floor activates the public realm - encouraging engagement and enhancing the pedestrian experience. Above, two levels of flexible, light-filled office spaces are designed for adaptability and comfort, supporting a contemporary working environment.

The upper residential levels are carefully oriented to maximise views across the city while maintaining a strong sense of privacy. Each apartment is designed to offer a quiet retreat above the urban bustle, with considered layouts and generous access to natural light.
